Product Management

The product managment is the work to be done to get the customer needs. This includes explicite needs, which actually exist and also needs that might araise in the near furure and create new business.

The Product Manager is the responsiple person who represents the customer inside the companie and especialy inside the development team. He has the task to answer all questions, which should be answered by the customer. He requests all agreed artefacts from the customer and delivers them to the development team.
